Training Needs Assessment 
 

  • Identify Gaps: Analyze current employee ESG knowledge and skills gaps related to across various roles within the company.

  • Develop Training Plan:  develop learning objective, outline training methods, define target audience (e.g., leadership, functional roles, general awareness) and needed resources to enrich institutional knowledge and equip employees with skills needed to manage a sustainable transition.

Training Delivery Methods

  • In-person training:  Deliver 1 day seminars or multiple day in-person training on specific topics to upskill the workforce and provide opportunities for interactive learning, and group discussions.

  • E-learning Modules:  Utilize online methods to deliver foundational in-depth knowledge on industry specific ESG concepts and frameworks through our vast network of experts.

On Job Training
 

  • Developing KPIs: Developing KPIs that directly align with the entity's overall sustainability and business objectives.

  • Training team on Data capturing:  Set up processes and guidance for trainees and trainers to report on specific metrics, such as amounts of recycled materials or improvements in sustainable work practices.

  • Training in house employees: Set up "train the trainer" programs to empower in-house employees knowledge development.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and gather feedback from stakeholders across different levels of the organization.

  • Set Goals & Targets: Establish goals and targets to improve future ESG integration through education.
